| In the "Options" screen important dates like birthdays and other recurring events can be entered and will cause a "rolling reminder" to begin appearing on the main screen in the title bar of the program. This reminder will appear starting seven days in advance of the event and continue being visible until the date of the event. It will then disappear until seven days before the next time the event is to happen. Additional options allow the background color to be changed, data to be backed up and restored, and DATEwise to be printed - just like a conventional wall calendar. | |

| When the "More Info" button is clicked the "Coldwell Banker Information Page" appears. This page contains corporate information, graphics, and often animations. It also contains hypertext links - or "hotlinks" - each of which connects the user instantly to a specific page within the Coldwell Banker web site. As the user "mouses" over the various links, they will see which page they can get to by clicking at that spot. A click on the "Contact" button brings up your personalized page. This contains your picture, name, designation, and office address, as well as all your phone numbers - office, direct, and fax. In addition, it contains direct, one-click hotlinks to your personal web page and email.
